Visit Manchester presents this award to honour an individual or team within the hospitality industry in Manchester and Greater Manchester who can successfully demonstrate exceptionally high standards of excellence in Customer Service.
Outstanding Customer Service Application Form

Visit Manchester and Trafford College will work in partnership to encourage young waiters to raise expectations of customer service standards. Highly experienced professionals within the industry will judge a semi-final and final that will provide the young waiters (under 25) with a chance to shine.

This competition will highlight the finest up and coming young chefs in Manchester. Young chefs (aged between 17-25) will have to demonstrate their ability to design and produce a three-course meal using seasonal and local produce and five finalists will take part in a cook-off event.
Last year’s winners benefited from great publicity and great prizes are up for grabs.
