For the last five years, a partnership of Manchester companies has formed a
large presence at the event. The Manchester @ MIPIM partnership has become
an important part of the city's business calendar, providing the opportunity
for Manchester companies to promote themselves internationally, under the
banner of the destination.
MIPIM 2005 was another great success for Manchester. The Manchester @ MIPIM partnership, formed from companies based or working in Greater Manchester, headed for Cannes to champion the City and region as the original modern city and a destination for Business and Property Investment. The 2005 partnership was supported by 40 organisations with a delegation of over 170 professionals at the event ensuring that Manchester once again held a high profile presence at the show.
